Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with tags attached.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Chocut will provide an appropriate solution and cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.
