  • Orders below $150 USD are charged a flat shipping fee of $15 USD
  • Orders of $150 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping

The free-shipping threshold is calculated using the merchandise subtotal after applicable discounts and before taxes.

We may update product prices at any time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where a clear pricing or technical error has occurred.

Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout. Customers agree to provide current and accurate billing and payment information.

4. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that the order has been accepted.

An order is subject to:

We may cancel or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including where:

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Chocut primarily serves customers in the United States.

Orders are prepared and dispatched from China through professional international logistics partners.

Our standard schedule is:

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days
  • Transit time after dispatch: 7–10 business days
  • Estimated total delivery time: 8–12 business days

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may result from customs procedures, weather, carrier congestion, public holidays, incorrect delivery information, or events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

Customers should contact us as soon as possible to request an order change or cancellation.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has entered processing, packing, or shipment.

Once an order has shipped, it must be handled under our Return and Refund Policy after delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return and Refund Policy.

Returned products generally must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • In their original condition
  • Accompanied by original tags and proof of purchase

Customers must contact us and receive return instructions before sending a product back.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For approved returns involving a verified defect, damage, incorrect product, or fulfillment error, Chocut will provide an appropriate resolution and cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

8. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes are subject to the terms shown with the relevant offer.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Discounts cannot be applied after an order is completed

  • Free-shipping thresholds are calculated after discounts
